Ometria's Latest Feature: Deleting Contacts Made Easy
We’re excited to share the release of a new functionality in Ometria: the ability to delete contacts from the platform. With this feature, users with admin permissions can remove all data related to specific contacts from Ometria, allowing for improved list hygiene and compliance with GDPR regulations.
The benefits of this new tool are clear. By deleting segments of contacts, you can ensure your email lists are accurate and up-to-date, laying the foundation for higher engagement rates and improved campaign performance.
It is important to note that before deleting contacts, you should consider how this might impact reporting and maintain any necessary backups. It is also recommended to remove contacts from your e-commerce platform before deleting them from Ometria to avoid resynchronization.
