Three steps to… filtering out of stock products
Make your automation emails more relevant than ever by preventing sends containing out of stock or inactive products. Adding these new filters is as easy as 1, 2, 3….
First: In the automation template builder, go to ‘settings’ by clicking the cog-wheel in the top right corner.
Then: You’ll be given the option to filter both out of stock and inactive products. If you’re unsure what we mean by this, you can hover over the text for a definition. You can also read more about the differences here.
Finally: Once you’re happy with your selection, save it and remember to publish the changes too, to ensure they are reflected in the live campaign. We recommend that you use these filters for the following campaigns: Abandoned basket, Price drop and Abandoned browse.
Campaign close-up
Followers gather around, this Cult Beauty essentials under £30 campaign makes for compelling reading! Using clear imagery, an easy-to-browse format and just enough text, this is a great example of how to appeal to value-based audiences. All products mentioned are either from companies with a lower price-point, or are currently under £30 due to temporary discounts, allowing the reader to explore a whole range of brands whilst staying in budget. It’s cool, it’s different and it’s relevant whilst remaining sensitive to the current climate. A certified beauty queen!
