Three steps to… adding a personalised subject line
In a sea of subject lines, you can make yours stand out by adding a personal touch. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
First, click the ‘subject line builder’ box next to subject field in either the automation or broadcast builder.
Next, use the drop-down to choose a personalisation that’s going to make your email pop! The merge tag is where the personalisation will appear, so add your own copy around this.
Finally, add a default subject line where prompted, to avoid any ‘Hello unknown!’ mishaps, and save.

Biscuiteers broke the (cookie) mould this month with their store reopening campaignwhich delivers essential and informative content in a clear and comforting way. Their fun on-brand illustrations and gentle colour scheme helped to make this email familiar and welcoming, at a time when many people may still be feeling apprehensive. The addition of a discount off all in-store events cemented the campaign as a very welcome visitor to my inbox opening!
