Grow your database and extend the reach of your brand through Ometria’s new integration with referral platform Mention Me.

Encourage contacts to refer friends and family by sharing offers through Mention Me, then use the data in Ometria to send personalised email campaigns to keep those newbies loyal for life. Sounds good? Don’t mention it!

Three steps to… using the Dimension Matrix

Red pill or blue pill aside, the only matrix you need to know about is the Dimension Matrix - this little fella makes analysing your database as simple as 1, 2, 3!

Three easy steps... Step 1

First: Find the matrix under the Customer Insights tab, then use the dropdown boxes to choose two metrics - here I’ve used Lifecycle Status and Customer Value.

Next: Look at the results! In this (dummy) database, we can see there are 1,068 very high value customers who are at-risk of lapsing.

Finally: Fancy targeting those high-spenders with a win-back campaign? Use the ‘actions’ dropdown to turn this segment into a broadcast campaign audience with the click of a button!

Journaling has never looked cooler, with Papier’s alliterative plan-pause-play email inspiring recipients to take it slow. The content is a welcome change of pace in a noisy inbox, and allows Papier to market their products as beneficial to self care (something everyone needs a little more of right now...) I particularly love the simple ‘Why Pick Papier’ banner which concisely highlights three reasons to shop, and helps to encourage a purchase - now that’s worth writing home about!
