Release of the Month: Deliverability Report
As we approach the peak season for most retailers, monitoring your deliverability performance and identifying any issues has never been more important.
Our new Deliverability Report helps you track essential metrics for all types of email, across any time period and to any domain, all from within your account!
If deliverability questions domainate your mind (sorry!) you’re going to love it.
Three steps to… checking an automation campaign
‘Tis the season… for refreshing your campaigns! Forget the naughty list, the only list you need to end up on is our new Automation campaign checklist. Get it right first time by following these easy steps...
Send yourself a preview: Make sure those links are linking and those images are pulling through by sending yourself an email preview when the template is finished.
Check your settings: Easy to overlook, campaign settings are important to check especially around Peak. Do you want to add a reply-to address? Do I need mutual exclusivity rules?
Check the flow: Events such as Black Friday can change the rules when it comes to wait times and re-entry triggers. Make sure all the conditions of your campaign make sense, and double check any segmentation, before putting the campaign into testing mode.
Campaign close-up
I was really impressed with Levi’s calendar email for their upcoming ‘Indigo’ Friday event. With a fresh and different approach, Levi’s have chosen to get ahead of the game - and reduce some of the associated stress of the big weekend - by bringing their discounts forwards and allowing customers to prepare their shopping schedule in advance. As a die-hard forward planner, it was a great thing to see in my inbox (!) and a brilliant way to encourage interest without feeling overwhelming.
