Our recent blog post analyses four trends which we predict will stick around, long after the end of the pandemic.
This month I was blown away (excuse the pun…) by GHD Hair who managed to strike the perfect balance between educational and product-focused with this targeted post-purchase campaign.
The campaign demonstrates relevancy by focusing on my recent purchase; combining how-tos, helping me get the most out of the product, with plenty of cross-sell and suggestions for companion products I might also be interested in.
