One of the best things about working at Ometira is you, all the amazing retailers that chose us to drive their CRM efforts. Even though Ometria is retail specific, it soon becomes apparent that no two businesses are the same and whilst we have incredible depth and capabilities within our Customer Filter, each retailer has unique use cases bespoke to them.
It’s a great addition then, that Custom Fields comes to the frontend of the platform, reducing the time to segment your contacts, generate reports and send customised emails based on bespoke information about your contacts. Anyone with the correct permissions is now able to create and edit your custom fields in your account(s). That means you can add any properties at contact or order level.
The Custom Field dashboard provides an overview of the custom fields created in your account and your remaining allowance. From here you can also edit the name of each custom field shown in Ometria as well as archive any that you are no longer using to keep your dashboard neat and tidy.
