Three steps to…adding an ‘if’ condition
Add a little choice into your automation campaigns by including an ‘if’ condition - contacts will continue their journey ‘if’ they meet the criteria! Easy? You betcha!
First, click the + in the automation flow editor, and go to the final option - ‘add condition’.
Next, use the drop-down to choose from a number of options, such as ‘has placed an order’ or ‘has opened previous email’ depending on your intention for the campaign.
Finally, once added, you’ll be able to choose actions for both yes and no options - for example re-targetting contacts if they have not placed an order yet. Et voila!
Campaign close-up
It’s been a hot and humid week in the UK, but Ometria-client Missoma managed to keep it cool with this summer essentials campaign which features their signature gifs and bright colour scheme. Their relatable copy focused on the heat, making the content resonate with balmy-buyers by reflecting their current environment. Missoma also focused on showcasing hot-weather styles, ensuring that even in a heatwave, their products are still seen as essentials. If you ask me, it’s a total scorcher!
